The Africa Startup Congress has opened applications for its pan-African startup pitch competition, paving the way for founders across the continent to present on a global stage. Culminating at the continental congress scheduled for February 24 to 26, 2027, at the Kigali Convention Centre in Rwanda, the platform brings together more than 2,000 founders, investors, corporate partners, and policymakers.
Selected startups will participate in national pitch rounds and roadshows across participating African markets from October to November 2026. National winners will earn a spot to compete in the main pitch competition at ASC27, unlocking investor exposure, 1-on-1 mentorship, masterclasses, and direct market linkage.
